A man has been arrested after an alleged assault in Paisley.
Cops were called to an incident on Corsebar Road at midday yesterday (March 4) after an "assistance request" from another emergency service.
Officers attended the scene and arrested a 33-year-old man for assault.

He has also been charged with threatening and abusive behaviour.
Upon investigating the incident police found that he had two outstanding apprehension warrants.
He is set to appear in court at a later date.
A police spokesperson said: "About 12pm on March 4, police attended in the Corsebar Road area of Paisley in response to an assistance request from another emergency service.
"Police attended and a male was subsequently arrested for assault and threatening and abusive behaviour. He was also wanted on two apprehension warrants.
"A 33-year-old male will appear in court at a later date."
